Lafayette: About 5:30 p.m. a man walked into a Victoria Secret store at the Mall of Acadiana, shoots Sherika Broussard, 21, of Breaux Bridge, in the head. Gunman's name is unknown. Police suspect the incident is domestic-related and that it appears the man "had frequented the store before.". As the man was trying to enter his vehicle in the parking lot an off-duty police man shot the suspect.

The Victoria's Secret store in the Mall of Acadiana still remains closed, memorial images have been setup.
